Auto Repair in Southington

These guys are great. Charles always takes the time to explain the problem, the fix, and the cost upfront. The work is top-notch. I have an older car and they always find the most efficient way to keep it going. The guys in the shop are very good technicians. Good folks. I've tried other mechanics for some time but for the past few years since I found these guys - I am not going anywhere. Honest Folks.

I have known of Mitchell-Schuster's for many decades, their reputation brought me there. Recently I purchased my slightly used Mercedes Benz E400 convertible, a warm weather auto. (Toy) It's comforting not to have to bring my MB half way across the state to be serviced. Having to get an annual servicing, the gentlemen at Mitchell-Schuster could not have been professional, obliging to my needs, and downright nice guys. I indeed, will be revisiting them in the future. I first found this place after breaking down nearby. They found the problem right away--the other place I'd been getting my oil changes put the filter on wrong and it was leaking everywhere. Now I only trust these guys to do my oil changes.
