Friendly. Helpful. Fair. Good communications. Charles did a fantastic job getting our older work van on the road again. Transmission issues can be tricky - and very expensive. The original diagnosis and recommendation was up to $4000 for a complete transimission rebuild and I didn't want to put that money in this vehicle. I pushed back on that and Charles didn't fight me, he worked with me and did some further inspection and research and came up a simpler, more cost effective solution that got me out the door and on the road again for under $1000.
