Good Honest folks - know about cars and give you the facts straight up. They make it a point to understand their customers and address the issues. I use to pass their shop as I live in the area and stopped in to just chat and see if they would be able to service my 2000 VW VR6 GTI with 350K plus miles. It was a throttle body issue which I kind of knew and had the part with me. They used my part and my VW has been running very smooth now at 378K. Now I take all my other cars there few Subaru's and Toyota and my Dad's Honda. Note: Charles is very good with Subaru's as well and has a vast knowledge of these cars. Doug is a great guy and always very pleasant. The mechanics in the shop are great guys and will interact with the customers as well. I would highly recommend Mitchell-Schuster Automotive.
