Every time I come here, I don't think it can get better but it does. Today I needed an indicator light changed in my BMW. I dropped it I n the morning, Charles said to pick up at noon. I thought for sure he'd say we have to order it but it was all done at noon and reasonably priced.

I called and got my car fixed the same day, very quick and though, the staff is very informative and knowledgeable, went above and beyond so I felt comfortable while they where working on my car.

These fellows are the kindest, most courteous people in the business, honest, thorough explanations, and several times saved me money and time. I called Monday, got in Wednesday. The owner even picked me up at work when I didn't have a ride. So glad I found them.

This past weekend my car broke down on the interstate in a torrential nighttime rainstorm in Southington, 45 miles from home. Roadside assistance sent me to Mitchell Schuster automotive. The stress of the situation was almost completely mitigated by my experience with Charles Covington and Mitchell Schuster. From the pleasant voice message I received when calling them on a Sunday morning to the immediate call back upon their opening on Monday, the straightforward delivery of information about the how, why and when of my repair were consummately professional and friendly. Despite the emergency nature of the situation, my car was ready Monday afternoon and they even added oil at no charge as they noticed it was low upon their inspection of my car. I would recommend this business to anyone anywhere. A situation that could have been a nightmare was made as easy as it could have been and I am very grateful.
