Charles and the team at Mitchell-Schuster were great - courteous, responsive, and happy to explain the reasoning behind their recommendations. They were also sensitive to my concerns about expense, and suggested a repair plan that progressively increased in cost rather than going with the simpler, more comprehensive (but ultimately more expensive) route that a dealer might have proposed. I was quite happy with their service and will be going back.

Honest, great service and thorough in their work. Always willing to spend the extra time to explain what they are doing and make sure you understand what is going on.

When we had a tire blow-out on route 691, a couple of hours from home, we were lucky to find Charles. Triple A had come and put the spare on, but advised us to check with a mechanic soon... and we did - at the next exit, asked at a convenience store for a recommendation, and they sent us to Mitchell Schuster Automotive, "the garage just down the road." We arrived, pretty disturbed by the experience, near closing time. Charles and the other mechanic present were not only friendly and helpful, but really carefully examined the other tires and were able to recommend what to do when we got to our destination. We left there feeling a hundred percent better. If I lived in the area, this would definitely be where I would get my car taken care of.

Staff is very friendly, informative and cooperative! I bought my first car with them and so far had an amazing experience with them. Charles has been super patient with me considering I know NOTHING about cars. He has answered all of my questions, they have gone out of their way to make things as convenient for me as possible being a first time car owner with only one car. They make it very convenient for routine check ups and such things. Definitely would recommend especially for younger people and those who aren't as savy with cars!

Great service and very friendly. I have been bringing my cars here for over 30 years and have always left happy. The experience and honesty of this shop is second to none! If you're having car problems or you're unhappy with your current shop check these guys out because I'm sure they can fix it!!!

This review is long overdue. I couldn't say enough good things about the business and the employees. They do excellent and fast work but above anything else, they're honest. When I have an issue with my car I know that I'm getting a completely truthful diagnosis, which has been a problem with other shops I've used in the past. On top of developing trust and a relationship with his customers, Charles is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics I've ever met. He knows his stuff and obviously takes pride in his work and the shop.

This guys re great! I had an issue with my Accura's starter motor and they were able to fix the problem the same day. Everyone I talked to was knowledgeable and friendly. They were very reasonably priced and did not try to push me to get services I didn't need. I will definitely be taking my cars there in the future. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

They got me in within an hour or two of calling, and I had a great experience working with Charles. I needed my weight-distributing hitch's height adjusted. This ended up with my having to take it in 3 separate times in the same day because I couldn't bring the trailer with me (my fault), but he was very accommodating and personable. It was also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
