He kept me informed on the progress and was able to find upgrades for the interior. Spectacular job well done, have no hesitation on recommending them for any major automotive work.

I took my car to a few places to see how much it would cost to replace my muffler that had gone bad. All of the places quoted me very high prices. As a single mom of three there was no way I could afford what they wanted. Mitchell-Schuster was the last place I called and when I brought my car in for them to look at it was very quick, the employee was very nice and he even showed me what the problem was. No other place did this. Then the quote he gave me was extremely reasonable and 400-500 less than the other places. Plus to know the parts they will be using have a life time guarantee from Napa Auto parts was a bonus. I felt very satisfied with the service, employee knowledge and reasonable prices. After I picked up my car I could tell the work was also excellent quality. I will absolutely take my car back for anything it needs to Mitchell-Schuster.

What I enjoy about Charles and the team at M-S is their professionalism, high quality workmanship, and all provided at a fair price. During a recent brake job, they received a faulty manufactured brake rotor from their supplier. It wasn't discovered until the post-work road test. A new rotor was immediately reordered, and the guys stayed late on a Friday night until the brake job was successfully completed. In this day and age, it's unfortunate that this level of attention to detail is now the exception to the rule.

If you want knowledgeable and Courteous Staff who you can Trust will be very thorough to do a job above and beyond w Integrity and Safety this is your place for all your automotive needs. Very well priced but remember cheap labor isn’t skilled and skilled labor isn’t cheap. I highly recommend Mitchell and Schuster !!!

I have been bringing my cars here since the 90’s. I find Doug and his staff to be extraordinarily patient, knowledgeable and thorough and Most importantly HONEST. I highly recommend this shop. There is nothing they can’t fix!

Best shop i’ve dealt with. My car would not start and they showed up on the scene very quickly to help diagnose it. ultimately, they had a battery delivered to the shop which only took around an hour and we able to install it and get the car back up and running. I highly recommend considering this shop before any others. I also spent some time asking random questions about my car. Charles is highly knowledgeable even when jt comes to the newest cars and their advanced electronics.
